Library Hall

About the Library Hall

After years of planning, preparation, hard work, and many generous donations and contributions from our community, we are thrilled to announce that the Library Hall is complete! The Library Hall is the new home of Orem Public Library programs and events. We are excited to have a dedicated performing space that can accommodate audiences more comfortably and with a better sound and video system. The Library Hall will also be available to rent for community groups and other organizations.

The Library Hall is located to the west of the Orem Public Library and Orem City Center. It features three new venues for programs and events. The Ashton Auditorium has a capacity of 500 people and houses film screenings, musical performances, author visits, and other large programs. The Library Hall also has a meeting room, the Sorenson Legacy Room, with a capacity of 50 that accommodates workshops, meetings, and classes. Finally, the doTERRA Lobby contains an art gallery and lobby space for interactive programs and informal gatherings.

The Library Hall is available to rent for events and programs on Fridays and Saturdays. Rentals may be scheduled no more than five months out. If you are interested in renting the Library Hall, please see our Library Hall Fee Schedule 2021 and fill out our Rental Agreement and Rental Form.
