Donations

The Orem Public Library welcomes donations of gently used book and media materials even during our COVID-19 hours. If you only have a few, you can put them in a bag marked “Donations” and put them in the book drop.

If you have a box or more, you are welcome to stop by the front of the library and speak to the library staff member at the entrance for help.

Donated items may be added to our collection or sold in our ongoing book sale to raise funds for new materials. You may also make a monetary contribution to the Orem Library. You may choose to earmark your cash donation for general library needs or for the purchase of memorial books.

We no longer accept VHS or audio cassettes, magazines, or encyclopedia sets.

If you have questions regarding donations or memorial books contact Sharon Whetten at the Orem Public Library by calling our main number, 801-229-7398.
